SSL Certificates
Pick up SSL certificates from your CP
From the Domain Manager, you’ll also be able to activate an SSL certificate for your domain. With an SSL certificate, all the private data that your customers send via your site (via the order form, through a login form, and so on) will be encrypted and the submitted data will never be put at risk.
To request an SSL certificate for your domain, just fill in the necessary information and press the Activate button. You can request a normal SSL certificate, which will be valid for just one host, or a wildcard SSL certificate, which will be enabled for all the hosts under your domain.
Wildcard Domains
Create a wildcard domain with only a click of the mouse
With the help of the Wildcard DNS option, you will be able to make all your active subdomains redirect to the main page of your web site. For example, if someone enters any.domain.com or smth.domain.com, they will go to http://domain.com/.
You may need the Wildcard DNS option for a multisite application such as Joomla™ Multi–Site or WordPress.
To add a wildcard domain, go to the Domain Manager section of your Control Panel and push the Add Host button located on the right. At the bottom of the options list, you’ll notice the Wildcard Domain check box.
